Does Duo authentication work with PCoIP thin clients?

Yes, two-factor authentication works with Teradici and Wyse PCoIP Zero clients connecting to VMware View 5.1 and later.

Older versions of the thin client firmware may exhibit strange behavior, such as prompting for RSA token codes or multiple login prompts. Make sure that your thin clients are running updated firmware:

• Teradici/EVGA: v4.5.1 or later
• Dell/Wyse ThinOS: v8 or later

Can I customize the "Passcode" or "Token Code" prompt label seen during View login?

If running Horizon 7.11 or later see these instructions to customize the dialog labels. It is not possible to change the label of that field in earlier versions.
